Shipping Partners

We partner with Interparcel, which collaborates with top courier services, including DHL, UPS, TNT, CouriersPlease, Aramex, and StarTrack. This allows us to offer reliable and timely deliveries worldwide.

Free Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping on all purchases over $1000 to the following regions:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • Europe (excluding Russia)

Shipping for Accessories & Other Regions

For accessories and destinations outside these regions, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 - 4 business days. Some products can be up to 7 days and this is specified on the Product Page under Product Description. 

Delivery Estimates

  • Free Shipping Zones: 6 - 14 business days depending on destination
  • Other Regions: Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout
  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you can track its progress using your tracking number:

Information from the carrier is updated every 4 - 6 hours so there may be a delay. 

🚨 Important: Shipping Delays & Tracking Updates

  • Once we hand your order over to the shipping carrier, it is out of our control. The courier is responsible for delivering your package.
  • If your tracking shows no movement for a few days, it does not mean your order is lost—carriers often update tracking in batches, especially during customs clearance.
  • We cannot speed up or modify shipments once they are in transit.
  • If you have concerns about delivery, please contact the shipping provider directly using your tracking number.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
  • International orders may be subject to local taxes, duties or VAT on arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • The shipping carrier will contact you directly if customs duties or taxes are due.
  • We do not have control over customs fees—they are determined by your local authorities.
