Order Placement

All dealer orders must be placed via the Garage Therapy (GT) website using the unique dealer code provided.

Dealer Discount Code

Each approved dealer will receive a personalized discount code.
The code is valid only for your business and must not be shared with others.
It applies exclusively to orders with a MOQ of 5 or more per line item

Pricing & Payment

Dealer pricing will follow GT’s official dealer pricing structure.
Payment must be made through the GT website via direct bank transfer to the account provided
Orders must not be processed using credit card or PayPal
Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.

Minimum Order Requirement

To access dealer pricing, a minimum order of 5 per line item is required.
GT reserves the right to set and revise minimums to maintain active dealer status.

Resale Policy

Dealers must not sell GT products below the recommended retail price (RRP) without prior written approval from GT.

Brand Representation

Dealers must accurately represent GT products and uphold the brand’s values in all promotions and customer interactions. Misrepresentation of the brand or false claims may result in removal from the dealer program.

Warranty & Returns

All warranty claims and product returns must comply with GT’s official warranty and return policy, which will be provided upon approval.

Territory & Exclusivity

GT does not offer exclusivity in any region. Dealer status does not guarantee any exclusive rights.

Dealer Conduct

Dealers must act in good faith and in the best interests of the GT brand at all times. Any conduct deemed damaging to GT’s reputation — including but not limited to slander, misleading representation, or breach of confidentiality — may result in immediate termination of dealer status.

Account Review

GT reserves the right to review, suspend, or revoke dealer status at any time if these terms are not met or if the relationship is no longer aligned with GT’s standards or values.

We reserve the right to amend or modify Trade Customer terms and conditions at any time with 30 days notice.
